How can we help?

Questions, answered

The stuff we hear most on the first call.

Don't see yours? hello@hbservices.net goes straight to Sam.

How quickly will we see results?

Most Diagnostic engagements close in two weeks. Most Builds ship the first production system inside the first month. The Blueprint sets the timeline before the build starts; we don't quote durations we can't hold.

What does an engagement cost?

Cost depends on scope, which is exactly what the Blueprint is for. We don't quote a price before we've mapped the workflow — anyone who does is guessing. The Diagnostic is the lowest-cost entry point for getting that scope written down.

Do you work inside our existing tools and data?

Yes. Every system we build runs against your real stack — your CRM, your DMS, your case management software, your CMS. No rip-and-replace, no parallel-system migration project pretending to be an AI project.

What happens after deployment?

We hand off source code, runbooks, model configurations, and recorded team training. Optional Partnership covers ongoing maintenance and new module shipping. Either way, the system is yours; you can run it without us.

Who owns the code and the models?

You do. Source in your repo, prompts in your config, integrations in your accounts. No vendor lock-in, no rented systems, no recurring license you can't cancel.

How do you measure success?

Acceptance criteria written in the Blueprint, tested with your team against real data. Nothing ships until each criterion signs off. After deployment, the measure is whether the workflow actually runs without us — capability transfer, not billable hours.
