AI for transaction operations, lead qualification, and property management.
Real estate runs on speed-to-lead and the discipline of the close. The AI work is the layer between the marketing channel and the transaction coordinator — qualifying the inbound, drafting the responses, and keeping the deal calendar from slipping.
Where the leverage lives
You're losing time in predictable places.
Across the firms we map, the same friction points keep showing up. They're not strategic questions — they're operational ones, which is why AI moves the needle here.
- 01 Friction point
Lead-response lag
Most inbound dies inside the first hour. The first agent to call usually wins it.
- 02 Friction point
Transaction coordinator load
Every closing is twenty checkboxes, four inspections, three vendors, and a deadline. Most coordinators run more closings than they can track.
- 03 Friction point
Listing prep
Photos, descriptions, MLS fields, marketing copy — all written manually for every property.
- 04 Friction point
Tenant communications
Property managers spend half their week on repeat questions, lease renewals, and maintenance routing.
- 05 Friction point
Vendor coordination
Inspections, repairs, cleanings — every closing kicks off a parallel project the listing agent has to manage.
The operational surface
Every workflow touches four surfaces.
We map your real lifecycle against these four. AI lands where the surfaces meet — the handoffs, the queues, the data movement.

How we think about it
AI never replaces the agent or the property manager. It handles the next-action work — what email to send, what vendor to call, what deadline is slipping — so the human time is spent on the calls that close.
What we actually build
Production systems, not chatbots.
Each system is scoped to the workflow it replaces and the system it integrates with. Built in your environment, owned by you.
- 01
Inbound Qualification
Reads form fills, calls, and texts → qualifies → routes to the right agent → drafts the first response. Speed-to-lead measured in minutes, not hours.
- 02
Transaction Coordinator Assistant
Tracks the deal calendar, drafts the next email, flags the slipping deadline. The coordinator owns the decisions; the system owns the cadence.
- 03
Listing Drafter
Pulls property data + photos → drafts MLS description, marketing copy, social posts. Agent edits and publishes.
- 04
Tenant Comms Engine
Reads inbound tenant requests, drafts the response (rent question, maintenance, lease), routes maintenance to the right vendor.
- 05
Owner Reporting
Pulls property performance + service activity → drafts monthly owner update in your firm's voice.
Fits the stack you already run
No rip-and-replace.
We build on top of your existing tools. If yours isn't listed, it still probably has an API or an export — the Blueprint identifies the integration path before any code is written.

Questions, answered
The questions we hear most on the first call.
Do you support our MLS?
Most MLSs expose IDX or RETS feeds; we work from those. Some require a vendor middleware (e.g. Trestle); we'll surface that in the Blueprint.
Will AI talk to tenants directly?
Only for routine acknowledgements ("got your request, scheduling now"). Anything that involves a financial or legal decision routes to a human first.
Can this handle commercial too?
Yes — commercial has fewer leads but more documents per deal. Different surface, same shape.
Same approach, different language
The shape rhymes across industries.
